Tom Marino, CEO
Tom Marino is the CEO of Exotic Automation & Supply and focuses on driving strategic goals, acting as a communication point with the Board, setting and achieving long-term objectives and providing high-level direction. Tom became CEO in 2025 after 25 years serving as Exotic’s President. During his time with Exotic, his goal to become Parker Hannifin’s Distributor of choice was quickly achieved through innovative strategies and investments including becoming ISO certified, opening new retail stores, strategic acquisitions, new product expansions, relocated corporate headquarters expansion, global pandemic support, new company divisions and more.
Steve Orlando, President
Steven Orlando is the President at Exotic Automation & Supply. Steve joined Exotic in 2005 and has since consistently driven exceptional results, growing the company to top ranks as a motion and control supplier. Steve developed and implemented new business strategies including diversifying from traditional markets and expanding into new markets, including air systems, chemical, defense, alternative fuels and semi-conductors. He orchestrated acquisitions, expanded operations geographically, oversaw record-breaking projects & expanded the company’s product & service portfolio.
Tommy Marino, Vice President of Sales
Tommy Marino is the Vice President of Sales at Exotic Automation & Supply. Tommy joined Exotic in 2005 starting in the manufacturing department molding urethane parts and has worked in all departments of the company throughout his tenure. In his role, he is responsible for leading Exotic’s sales, service & retail teams with a focus on growth and expansion.
Justin Connor, Vice President of Finance & Operations
Justin Connor is the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Exotic Automation & Supply and is responsible for driving financial sustainability & operational efficiency. Justin provides leadership, strategic direction and operational strategies while overseeing Exotic’s Accounting, IT, Purchasing, Pricing, Customer Service, Warehouse and Facilities departments. He sets the strategic vision to meet Exotic’s goal of achieving premier customer service and financial profitability through operational excellence.
John Buzan, Sr. Director of Manufacturing & Engineering
John Buzan is the Sr. Director of Manufacturing & Engineering at Exotic Automation & Supply. John is responsible for Exotic’s rubber & plastics, engineering and assembly solutions departments and works to implement new technology and resources to ensure Exotic’s top ranking as a premier manufacturing and engineered systems source.
