Multiple pneumatic pressure zones possible

Problem: A customer was having problems with multiple hose kinks on an on-board coolant vehicle application. They were having to stretch and form connections due to the space restraints in the vehicle footprint. This raised concerns of leaks and wasted material.

Solution: Exotic’s team met with the customer’s design team to identify specifications of the current hose. Upon review, Exotic proposed the Parker’s EZ Form Solution. The EZ Form Hose provides extreme flexibility for easy and quick installation of coolant, water, and oil suction/ return lines on mobile and industrial equipment. The EZ Form option was a perfect fit for this application as the routing on the vehicle was very complex.
