The Parker PCH Network Portal offers decentralized Inputs/Outputs and IO-Link master ports opening the door to optimized machine architecture and new levels of configurability all while connecting to the 5 sizes of H Series ISO valves.

Parker has implemented two changes to their P33 Safety Exhaust Valve products to enhance performance, particularly in low-pressure applications.

Solenoid Coil Upgrade:
The valves will now be equipped with a 2.0W solenoid coil instead of the previous 1.5W coil. This upgrade will improve pull-in voltage, ensuring better operation under low-pressure conditions.

Discordance Time Adjustment:
The discordance time for the valves will be reduced from 150 milliseconds to 50 milliseconds. This change allows for a significantly faster response time, enhancing overall system efficiency.

Kaishan Rotary Screw Air Compressors are popular in factories, plants, and manufacturing facilities in general due to their ability to run non-stop around the clock. Kaishan Rotary Screw Air Compressors offer:

  • Low Operating Costs: Kaishan compressors are designed with performance in mind and are optimized for easier maintenance, lesser downtime or lower operating costs.
  • Low Total Cost of Ownership: Kaishan is 85% vertically integrated by manufacturing most of their compressor components internally. This self-reliant efficiency keeps upfront and maintenance costs low for you over the lifetime of your compressor.
  • Efficiency: Kaishan compressors are manufactured with the highest quality components in the industry for premium efficiency.
  • Safety and Stability: Kaishan units come standard with comprehensive controls and system monitoring to ensure safe operating conditions are maintained at all times.

One of Exotic Engineered Systems Team’s recent projects required them to design & manufacture twenty 50-liter pneumatically driven hydraulic power units, also known as oil collection pump back units. Lincoln and SKF Automatic Lube Systems

Manual lubrication typically produces inconsistent lubrication which leads to wasted lubricant and allows contaminants to enter the bearing – producing premature wear. Consistent lubrication (small, precise amounts applied frequently) extends
