Steve has been with Exotic Automation & Supply for over 20 years, most recently serving as the company’s Executive Vice President. He will succeed Tom Marino, who will step into the role of Exotic’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and focus on strategy and driving strategic goals, acting as a communication point with the Board, setting and achieving long-term objectives and providing high-level direction.

Steve Orlando was named Executive Vice President in 2023 after serving as the company’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing since 2005. During his tenure, he has consistently driven exceptional results, growing the company to top ranks as a motion and control supplier. Steve developed and implemented new business strategies including diversifying from traditional markets and expanding into new markets, including air systems, chemical, defense, alternative fuels and semi-conductors. He orchestrated acquisitions, expanded operations geographically, oversaw record-breaking projects & expanded the company’s product & service portfolio. Prior to Exotic, Steve was the Vice President at Morrell Inc. for 15 years.
